Grandson of the Peijnenburg Koek and son of a Michelin Star restaurant owner in the south of Holland I have always combined Business with People and Hospitality.
After being a manager at Walt Disney World and Disney Paris I decided to use my talents to coach, mentor, and train professionals to become even better as they currently are
So what do I do:
- I support organizations in the successful implementation of change and in particular on the role of Leadership in this change.
- I get people involved in this change by stimulating their growth and development, to help them reflect and to actively search for their role to participate.
- I Support management teams in becoming a High Performing Team
- I Support individuals through Executive Coaching to fulfill personal, team and organizational leadership as well as possible.
